Why getting outdoors is so great for your overall health

I keep saying how great I think getting outdoors is for your mind and body.

But why?

Getting outdoors is beneficial to your health for so many reasons, it increases Vitamin D levels, helps relieve stress, helps with sleep deprivation and much, much more. Here is a quick “snapshot” of some of the benefits of being outdoors.
